Small Rant on Invitation Etiquette

Please don’t sent me a calendar invite titled “Chat with Ryan Hoover,” “Ryan Hoover Meeting,” “Meet Ryan,” or a similar variation.

Why? Because it doesn’t immediately tell me who I’m meeting with:

I don’t mean to sound arrogant but those that take several meetings, many of which get scheduled weeks in advance, do not have our schedule committed to memory. Next time, add your name to the meeting invite.

Most of you already knew this but for those that didn’t, now you know.
